At New Heights Field Hockey, our mission is to provide a diverse range of playing opportunities throughout the year, catering to players of all ages and abilities.
Through our clinics, skill-specific training, leagues, and travel teams, we empower individuals to reach their full potential on and off the field.
Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our nationally ranked teams, while our dedication to player development opens doors to opportunities at some of the best colleges and universities in the country.

MEET OUR COACHING STAFF
Ahmed
ELMAGHRABY
• Decorated field hockey player in both Egypt and the United States.
• Competed for Egypt in two World Cups and for the United States in the 1996 Olympic Games
• Coached the US National Indoor team, winners of the 2017 Pan American Games.
• In 1988, he captained Egypt to the Gold Medal at the African Games, finishing as the tournament’s top scorer and was named best player.
• In 1993, Ahmed switched to the United States National Team in time to compete in the U.S. Olympics Festival where he won a gold medal and was the top scorer.
• During his career, Ahmed competed in over 195 International matches for Egypt and the United States combined.
ALI
GOOD
• Graduate of the College of Holy Cross
• Head Coach at the Oak Knoll School
• #1 high school coach in the nation in 2019
• Led the Oak Knoll Royals to three Tournament of Champions titles, multiple State titles and over 300 career wins.
• 2017 New Jersey Coach of the Year & Max Field Hockey’s Coach of the Year for the Garden State.
Tarek
Kouta
• Played and coached internationally in Egypt
• In 1998, he played in the African Championship with the Egyptian National Team – he scored two goals in the championship vs South Africa
• In 1999, he played in the World Cup with the Egyptian National Team
• Played with the Egyptian National Team 3 times at the African Championship
• Kouta played for the Egyptian National Team for over 10 years
• He coached club in Egypt and has been coaching at New Heights for over 8 years.
Julie
Delinsky
• Julie is the Peck field hockey coach for 5th through 8th grade since 2020.
• Julie served as the Head Coach of Pingry’s varsity field hockey program in 2017 and 2018 and helped lead the team to their first winning record (12-8-1) since 2012.
• Prior to that, she served as an assistant varsity coach for Oak Knoll’s field hockey team in 2014 and 2015, as well as the head coach of their JV team.
• As a head coach of the girls’ varsity field hockey team at The Bullis School, in Potomac, Maryland, from 2006-2013. She oversaw both the middle and high school programs.
Christina
Sumas
• Christina is an assistant coach at the Oak Knoll School, the #1 ranked high school team in the nation in 2019.
• She helped coach the team to an undefeated season and a Tournament of Champions victory.
• Christina is an Oak Knoll alum and former player.
Natalie
Cafone
• A graduate of West Essex Regional High School, Natalie was named the New Jersey State Player of the Year in 2011.
• Natalie went on to star at the University of Iowa, leading the NCAA in 2013 in points per game (2.48).
• During her career she was named Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year, and was named to the All-Big Ten first team, NFHCA Division I All-America second team, the NFHCA West Region All-America first team, the All-Big Ten first team, the All-Big Ten tournament team, and the Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week.
• Natalie was selected for the 2014-15 U.S. Women’s National Team and the 2013-14 USA U21 Junior National Squad.
Caroline

• Caroline graduated from Oak Knoll in 2015
• Represented the U19 and U17 Junior National Team
• Continued playing collegiate field hockey at Duke University. She was named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll all 4 years.
gabby
andretta
• Graduated from Oak Knoll in 2018 and played for New Heights
• Gabby was the 2017 NJ Player of the Year
• She played collegiate field hockey at Princeton University. In college she was named to the First Team All Ivy in 2021 and Second Team All Ivy in 2022.

• Graduated from Oak Knoll in 2020 and played for New Heights throughout her development years
• High School All-American
• Played collegiate field hockey at Columbia University

MEET OUR ADMINISTRATION TEAM
Jackie Fusco
• Jackie joined the New Heights administration team in 2023
• She has been part of the coaching staff since 2016. Jackie also played for New Heights from 2008-2012.
• A 2012 graduate of West Essex Regional High School, Jackie is also a 2016 graduate of Providence College where she was a four year player, top defender and captain for the 2015 season.
• She also coached at Oak Knoll with Ali Good and Christina Sumas from 2016-2022.
